What Peugeot and Citroen vehicles are effected?

P2200- NOx sensor not communicating.

U029D- No communication with the deNOx system.

P20E8- Urea line pressure too low.

P2048- Urea injector short circuit to ground.

P2BAD- AdBlue system error- SCR.

P20EE- AdBlue system error- SCR.

Why do Peugeot and Citroen suffer from Adblue failure?

​

It is very common for AdBlue /Urea faults to occur on these vehicles simply down to poor quality and design of the parts. The two biggest failures within the system are the AdBlue pump which is built into the AdBlue tank, and the AdBlue injector itself.

 

The AdBlue injector gets stuck and fails due to the AdBlue fluid crystallizing inside.

The AdBlue pump is built into the tank and usually fails due to the PCB ( circuit board ) getting contaminated by the AdBlue fluid, This then causes the pump to fail to which a whole AdBlue tank is required.

 

When these faults occur you will be greeted with multiple warning lights and errors on the dash, which may include the Engine management light, Urea light, AdBlue light and a AdBlue mileage count down.

Typically the average repair costs to fix the AdBlue system is around £2,000! to which it is highly likely to fail again. For a fraction of the cost we can permanently remove your AdBlue system, meaning no more AdBlue / Urea faults or costly refills.

  • What is a mileage blocker/freezer?
    A mileage blocker is a device that allows you to stop counting up miles/kilometers whilst in motion. This module is useful if you would like to stop counting unnecessary mileage while testing your car on a dyno. We do not condone the illegal misuse of these devices.
  • Whats the difference between a mileage blocker and mileage correction?
    To start with, the purpose of the module is the main difference. There are multiple speedometer calibration and odometer rollback tools that are meant for changing the mileage indicators displayed on the speedometer. They have multiple names such as: Odometer Correction Tool, Speedometer Correction Tool, Mileage Correction Tool, Speedometer rollback device, etc. However, they all deal solely with the displayed digits. Our Mileage blocker Tools communicate with Can-Bus System. Therefore, it can also be called: Mileage stopper, Odometer Stopper, Kilometer Stopper, Can Filter, Stop Km, Km Freeze, or Speed Blocker. The purpose of this module is to stop recording mileage from the memory of the vehicle entirely.   • Is the mileage blocker detectable?
    Our mileage blockers are 99% undetectable although some ‘main dealers’ may be able to detect it if you have not set it to ‘deactivated’ mode. Diagnostic testers cannot detect the mileage has been frozen. The mileage blocker is strictly for dyno testing and diagnostics purposes only. we do not condone any illegal or unlawful activities.   • Can i fit the mileage blocker myself ?
    All our blockers are fitted by our qualified technicians, we do not advise you fit this your self as you could cause damage to your car costing you thousands to fix.
